No, in the Mashstix challenge it cannot be released before (only) on the Mashstix site, but they want you to make a new one - normally the challenge rules are so strict or new or creative, that you cannot have one ready. See your private message on here (top right corner, the envelope next to the globe symbol next to your avatar).
Thank you @Cor! Yes I read that after but I thought I couldn’t submit it to the challenge cause it was already released here or should it have to be only new on Mashstix!?
