Doing more chopping up and producing here. I don't want to just release vocals over instrumentals. Of course, sometimes that's exactly what's going to sound best. There's two versions of these tracks: the version I have in my head and the version I brought to life in the real world. What prevents the real world version from sounding EXACTLY the way I imagine it, is my level of execution. It's a gap. But with every new song, the gap narrows.
What motivates me is one day hearing these tracks in the real world the way I hear them inside my head. There's probably a better way to word that but you get what I'm saying, right?
Anyway, the YouTube version of this video is a bit censored because of copyright or whatever. You can see the full version on my website. The lesson I learned here was not to use official music video footage because it might get the video blocked in the end. What a waste of time.
