Just a groovy reinterpretation with a little modern-day chaos thrown in... for old time's sake. After a few years of disease, ecological disasters, lockdowns, assorted riots, layoffs, political corruption, strikes, quarantine, the current possibility of war & general 24/7 madness... I'd say it's appropriate.
