Dedicated to every person who lives with trauma and those endless memories & words that just won't leave and reduce us to smouldering rubble on a regular basis. I understand the fear, shame and anger. That's what created the fragmented, atonal nature of this one. We tell ourselves that therapy & meds are making us better, but when those insignificant reminders suddenly bring all the pain back, we realize that we're just learning to cope. But we're still here ... and we're coping. That's why the guitar kicks in at the end & overshadows all the memories. That's the resilience of survival.
