May 29th marked the 25th anniversary of Jeff Buckley's untimely passing (1966 - 1997).
This mashup is a tribute to Jeff Buckley, Leonard Cohen and Ennio Morricone, but was also inspired after what was a tough week in world events.
Using the New Order's instrumental track Elegia, which was influenced by Ennio Morricone, so I added samples from the "Man With a Harmonica" from "Once Upon the Time In The West" soundtrack.
Thank you so much for this, for me this is the best of Sowndhaus, imagination and creativity, not just sticking a tired house beat onto an existing track then getting it voted up with a load of fake profiles ?
