No band embodies the '90s to me quite like Garbage -- especially their 1995 debut , which synthesized so many elements of the '90s into one tight package: alt rock, grunge, electronica, pop, industrial, and a strong female vocalist back when Lilith Fair was still a thing. So I made two Garbage mashups from that first album for this challenge -- this one features the vocal from their debut single, "Vow," which I've never heard used in a mashup before.
