One of the first mashups I ever produced! Conceived and birthed it on my iPad using DJay. You can hear how green I am to mashup producing, ha ha! There's a temptation to pull a George Lucas and redo this but let's be honest, I'm still learning and building my skill. A year from know I might look back and say, "Hmm, this sounds better than the original but after another year of honing my craft I bet I could make this sound even BETTER-ER!" Ha ha, where does it end?
And besides, you gotta keep moving forward. There's an old saying, "A Work of Art Is Never Finished, Merely Abandoned." I think that's 100 percent true. Sometimes you gotta just release it and move forward.
I'm not ruling out a future remastering of my favorite tracks but I don't think I'm there yet.
